Alternativt kan man lave s\u00e5danne b\u00f8ffer. De stammer fra 90&#8217;erne, hvor der var alvorlig f\u00f8devaremangel. Overraskende nok, selvom de ikke indeholder k\u00f8d, er de ret velsmagende og m\u00e6ttende. Selv manden satte pris p\u00e5 det, selvom han ikke opfatter en kotelet uden k\u00f8d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u2705Ingredienser:<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Havregryn 200 g<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Kogende vand 200 ml<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Kartofler 2 stk. (250 g)<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">L\u00f8g 2 stk. Hvidl\u00f8g<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">2 stk.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Salt og peber efter smag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u2705Forberedelse:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\"><!--nextpage--><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">H\u00e6ld f\u00f8rst kogende vand over havregrynene, bland dem og lad dem tr\u00e6kke i 15 minutter.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Riv kartoflerne, l\u00f8get og hvidl\u00f8get p\u00e5 et fint rivejern (til kalv).<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Kom den revne v\u00e6ske over i havregrynene (h\u00e6ld ikke v\u00e6sken fra, hvis der er meget af den).<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Tils\u00e6t salt og peber efter smag og bland.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Form b\u00f8fferne med v\u00e5de h\u00e6nder.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">L\u00e6g vores b\u00f8ffer i en godt varm pande med sm\u00f8r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Steg ved middel varme, under l\u00e5g, indtil de er gyldenbrune p\u00e5 begge sider (ca. 3 minutter). L\u00e6g dem derefter over p\u00e5 et stykke k\u00f8kkenrulle for at fjerne overskydende olie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Steg ved middel varme, under l\u00e5g, indtil de er gyldenbrune p\u00e5 begge sider (ca. 3 minutter). L\u00e6g dem derefter over p\u00e5 et stykke k\u00f8kkenrulle for at fjerne overskydende olie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Og s\u00e5dan f\u00e5r vi et helt bjerg af l\u00e6kre koteletter.
