Er dine frosne rabarber sk\u00e5ret i stykker p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd, g\u00e5r du bare videre til n\u00e6ste skridt i opskriften.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du bruger friske rabarber, skal du starte med at skylle dem grundigt og sk\u00e6re dem i stykker p\u00e5 ca. 2 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Sm\u00f8r t\u00e6rtefadet med lidt sm\u00f8r, og fordel rabarberstykkerne i fadet. Drys sukker og kartoffelmel over. Ryst fadet lidt s\u00e5 sukker og kartoffelmel fordeles p\u00e5 rabarberstykkerne.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis de er frosne, skal rabarberne forbages i 10 minutter ved 225 grader. Lav smuldredejen imens.<\/p>\n<h3>Smuldredejen<\/h3>\n<p>Smuldr hvedemel og sm\u00f8r sammen. Bland sukkeret i. Fordel smuldredejen over rabarberne.<\/p>\n<p>Bag rabarbert\u00e6rten ved 225 grader i ca. 25 minutter, eller til den er lysebrun p\u00e5 toppen.<\/p>\n<h3>Servering<\/h3>\n<p>Kan serveres b\u00e5de lun og kold med f.eks. creme fraiche, fl\u00f8deskum eller vaniljeis, eller bare som den er.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tip:<\/b><br \/>\nSkal det v\u00e6re ekstra luksus, s\u00e5 tag ogs\u00e5 et kig p\u00e5\u00a0den her rabarbert\u00e6rte med marcipan.
