Krydr f\u00f8rst schnitzelen og steg den i olie i et par minutter. Forvarm derefter ovnen til 210 \u00b0C.<br \/>\n2. L\u00e6g k\u00f8det i et ovnfast fad og pensl det med cremefraiche (hvis du foretr\u00e6kker det mere cremet, kan du ogs\u00e5 bruge cremefraiche). Sk\u00e6r nu l\u00f8get i ringe og fordel det sammen med skinketerningerne p\u00e5 schnitzelen.<\/p>\n<p>3. Drys med ost.
