Bag bunden:<br \/>\nForvarm ovnen til 180 \u00b0C over-\/undervarme.<br \/>\nPisk \u00e6ggene med sukker og vaniljesukker i 5-7 minutter, indtil dejen er lys og cremet.<br \/>\nSigt mel og bagepulver sammen og vend det forsigtigt i.<br \/>\nFordel dejen p\u00e5 en bageplade bekl\u00e6dt med bagepapir (ca. 30 x 40 cm).<br \/>\nBag til dejen er gyldenbrun i 12-15 minutter.<br \/>\nLad det k\u00f8le helt af.<\/p>\n<p>2. Forbered hindb\u00e6rlaget:<br \/>\nVarm hindb\u00e6r, sukker og citronsaft op i en gryde.<br \/>\nBland majsstivelsen med vandet, indtil det er glat.<br \/>\nR\u00f8r det i hindb\u00e6rblandingen og kog det kortvarigt under omr\u00f8ring.<br \/>\nTag det af varmen og lad det k\u00f8le helt af.<\/p>\n<p>3. Forbered vaniljecremen:<br \/>\nBland mascarpone med flormelis og vaniljesukker, indtil det er glat.<br \/>\nPisk fl\u00f8deskummet kortvarigt.<br \/>\nL\u00f8ft forsigtigt cremen op under mascarponen.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sk\u00e6r lagene ud:<br \/>\nFordel hindb\u00e6rmassen j\u00e6vnt p\u00e5 den afk\u00f8lede bund.<br \/>\nFordel cirka to tredjedele af vaniljecremen ovenp\u00e5.<br \/>\nPlacer chokoladekagerne i n\u00e6rheden af \u200b\u200bcremen.<br \/>\nFordel den resterende vaniljecreme j\u00e6vnt og glat.<br \/>\nStil p\u00e5 k\u00f8l i mindst 2 timer.<\/p>\n<p>5. Chokoladeglasur:<br \/>\nVarm fl\u00f8den op, men lad den ikke koge.<br \/>\nTils\u00e6t chokolade og sm\u00f8r og bland, indtil det er glat.<br \/>\nLad det k\u00f8le af i et par minutter.<br \/>\nFordel glasuren j\u00e6vnt over cremen.<br \/>\nStil p\u00e5 k\u00f8l i yderligere 1-2 timer.<\/p>\n<p>6.
