Kog dem i letsaltet vand i ca. 5 minutter, h\u00e6ld dem fra og s\u00e6t dem til side.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Steg 2-<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0gyrok\u00f8d: Varm olien op i en stor stegepande. Steg l\u00f8gringe og hakket hvidl\u00f8g i en krukke. Tils\u00e6t gyrok\u00f8det og steg det godt, indtil det er p\u00e6nt brunet. Krydr med oregano, salt og peber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Lav 3-fl\u00f8deblandingen:<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Bland fl\u00f8de, m\u00e6lk og den tilberedte hollandaisesauce sammen i en sk\u00e5l. Smag til med salt og peber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Lagdeling af en gryde med 120 ml:<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Sm\u00f8r et ildfast fad. L\u00e6g et lag kartoffelskiver i bunden, efterfulgt af et lag gyrosk\u00f8d. Forts\u00e6t med at l\u00e6gge lagene, indtil alle ingredienser er brugt. H\u00e6ld fl\u00f8deblandingen j\u00e6vnt over gryden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">5- Drys med ost:<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Drys den revne ost j\u00e6vnt over fadet.
