Svits dem i olivenolie i ca. 5 minutter ved middel varme.<\/p>\n<p>Pil imens hvidl\u00f8g. Pres hvidl\u00f8get ned til l\u00f8gene, og tils\u00e6t tomatpur\u00e9. Svits yderligere 2 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e6ld tomatpassata p\u00e5, og tils\u00e6t oregano og basilikum.<\/p>\n<p>Lad tomatsaucen simre ved svag varme i mindst 10 minutter, imens parmesankyllingen g\u00f8res klar. Har du tid til at lade tomatsaucen simre l\u00e6ngere, skal du endelig g\u00f8re det &#8211; s\u00e5 f\u00e5r den en ekstra god smag.<\/p>\n<p>Smag til med salt og peber, og h\u00e6ld saucen op i et ildfast fad.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f8r parmesankyllingen klar<br \/>\nBank kyllingefileterne lidt fladere, s\u00e5 de er lige tykke over det hele.<\/p>\n<p>Sl\u00e5 \u00e6ggene ud i en dyb tallerken, og pisk dem sammen. Kom raspen op i en anden sk\u00e5l, og bland det sammen med den fintrevne parmesan. Kom melet op i en tredje sk\u00e5l, og bland det sammen med salt.<\/p>\n<p>Dyp f\u00f8rst kyllingefileterne i melet, dern\u00e6st i \u00e6g og s\u00e5 i rasp-parmesanblandingen, s\u00e5 de bliver panerede over det hele.<\/p>\n<p>Brun de panerede kyllingefileter af i olivenolien ca. 4 minutter p\u00e5 hver side ved middel varme, til de er gyldne.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e6g kyllingen oveni tomatsaucen i det ildfaste fad.<\/p>\n<p>Bag retten f\u00e6rdig i ovnen<br \/>\nRiv mozzarellaosten i mindre stykker.
